Marble console by renowned Italian designer Angelo Mangiarotti, crafted by Skipper Fucina in Italy during the 1970s. Made from white Carrara marble, it features two elegant conical legs supporting its rectangular surface, showcasing unparalleled Italian aesthetics and craftsmanship. | Italian architect and designer Angelo Mangiarotti (1921-2012) was known for his human-centered approach to functional design. He studied architecture in Milan and, during a teaching stint in the U.S. in 1953, connected with prominent architects like Mies van der Rohe. In 1960, he established his own firm, creating works ranging from marble objects to urban and industrial designs. In 1989, he opened a branch in Japan and received numerous international awards for his innovative approach. Dimensions: 140cm long, 40cm deep & 72cm high.
