“In the large-scale wall-mounted acrylic canvases, the space created refers to experience, memory, and time. The works—landscapes of internal states—were created ‘diary-like,’ as notes, marks, traces, engravings, serving as a kind of ‘recollection record. These works, sometimes viewed frame by frame, sometimes as a whole, document emotional states of life. Through intense color contrasts and distinctive writing, they develop a musicality of shades and tones.”
